Location: Via Filippo Caruso, 23 – Rome (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Salary: €22,000–€24,000 gross per year, plus an €8 meal voucher for each day worked at the office.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Tech Support Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our Customer Success team in Rome. In this role you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation. You will ensure our partners across Spain, LATAM and international markets get the most value out of Octorate.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration.
- Provide expert assistance via chat, email,



and phone, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements.
- Maintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in Spanish.
- Support training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
- Location & Flexibility: Availability to work in a hybrid setup, with a physical presence at our Rome office (Via Filippo Caruso, 23).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Property Management, or Travel Tech/SaaS).
