ppThe resource will support Product Assurance and Quality Assurance activities for space programs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle. /p pAbout this vacancy: /p ul liManage non-conformities and corrective actions. /li liSupport root cause analysis and quality investigations. /li liMonitor supplier quality performance and participate in audits. /li liSupport manufacturing, integration and testing quality activities. /li liTrack quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul pWhat we expect from you: /p ul liDegree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering fields. /li li3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Assurance or Supplier Quality roles. /li liKnowledge of quality tools /li liFamiliarity with ISO 9001; ECSS knowledge is a plus. /li liExperience with audits, non-conformance management and corrective actions. /li /ul pWhat you can expect from us: /p pThe position offers a permanent employment contract, with a minimum gross annual salary (RAL) of €35,000, in line with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce, Tertiary Sector, Distribution and Services. /p pTMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and,



at the end of the selection process, will assess the candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications to determine a final salary that may exceed the minimum level indicated above. /p pIn line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
