ppAre you technically driven and motivated by finding the best solution for customers? We are /p plooking for a Sales Engineer, to support our sales organization with technical expertise, product selection, solution concepts, and customer-specific applications. /p pIn this role, you will be an important technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Management, RD, and Operations. You will support the complete pre-sales process, help define the best possible product and system solution, and contribute to continuous product and application improvements of our products. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Sales and Internal Sales in defining the best product selection and technical solution for customer applications. /li liAct as technical contact for Customers, Sales Team, Internal Sales, Product Managers, and Product Specialists. /li liProvide feedback to RD and Product Management to support continuous product development and upgrades. /li liSupport troubleshooting of technical issues related to our products /li liEvaluate customer requirements and analyze application and product performance to recommend technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, system effectiveness, and product performance. /li liCollect, evaluate,



and integrate customer feedback into improvement initiatives. /li liDeliver technical product training for internal stakeholders, dealers, customers, and service partners. /li liEnsure compliance with global processes, engineering standards, and quality requirements. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liYou have a strong technical understanding and enjoy working close to both customers and internal stakeholders. /li liYou are solution-oriented, structured, and able to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions. /li liYou communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and commercial audiences. /li liYou enjoy collaborating across functions and countries, and you are comfortable acting as a bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. /li liYou have collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities. /li liYou have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role /li liYou are a Native Italian speaker and fluent in English /li liA bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. /li liTechnical expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
