Tailor&Fox;– on behalf of a leading multinational services company, is recruiting an Operations Area Director to oversee a large site in Rome, Italy. You will drive end-to-end service delivery, safety, quality, and transformation with a hands-on leadership style and a strategic, long-term vision.
The role requires 5–8 years in senior site/operations management, a university degree, and fluent English, with a competitive €100,000–€110,000 gross salary plus a 20% premio and company car.
