Overview In this role you strengthen the T&S; Governance framework and elevate strategic execution across the department. You work closely with the T&S; Leadership Team to translate priorities into clear governance, routines, and disciplined execution. You enable faster, better-informed decision-making and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the T&S; Operating Model. This high-visibility role offers exposure to senior leadership and shaping how a global Technology & Services organization evolves.
Responsabilità
Evolve the T&S; Operating Model (roles, governance, ways of working) for clarity and scalability
Orchestrate leadership forums, governance committees, and executive routines with strong preparation and follow-up
Support the T&S; Governance Manager in defining and evolving the T&S; Strategy
Create executive presentations, dashboards, and communications for the T&S; Leadership Team
Translate complex topics into clear, decision-oriented narratives for senior stakeholders
Design and improve tools, templates, standards, and reporting frameworks for transparency and governance




Provide decision-ready insights and recommendations to senior leaders
Act as a catalyst for accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across T&S;
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Bachelor's degree in a related field
~5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting or strategy/governance/transformation roles
~ Experience in multinational/matrix organizations
~ Experience in Operating Models Design, Governance Frameworks, and Process Mapping
~ Advanced capability in executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials
~ Understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
~ Knowledge of Project Management and Budget Management principles
~ Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint
~ Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
~ Fluent in Italian and English
~ Analytical mindset
~ Excellent written and verbal
