Overview As Group CFO, you will shape Satispay's international financial roadmap from Milan, guiding strategy, capital allocation, and governance across entities including Luxembourg. You'll lead a capable Group Finance function spanning FP&A;, reporting, investor relations, and financial control, partnering with the CEO to drive growth and capital markets readiness. You'll shape monetization, profitability, and value creation across geographies and business lines. This role offers strategic influence, ownership, and the chance to impact a high-growth fintech platform with a global footprint. Responsabilità
- Define and execute the Group's long-term financial strategy and capital allocation priorities
- Lead corporate finance activities including fundraising, debt structuring, M&A;, due diligence, and valuation




- Oversee consolidated financial reporting, governance, and data integrity across entities
- Head Group FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all business units
- Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations, and financial performance
- Oversee Luxembourg banking subsidiary with regulatory reporting and treasury management in coordination with the Bank CFO

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 8 years in progressive financial leadership roles with at least 3 years as Group CFO / VP of Finance / Deputy CFO in tech scale-up, neo-bank, payments, or fintech
- Proven capital markets experience with institutional investors, Series funding, or IPO/SPAC transitions
- Experience in regulated financial environments with strong governance and compliance understanding
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA or equivalent desirable
- Full professional
