ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering activities across ASEE Ltd projects in bItaly /b. This role is responsible for overseeing site engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting project delivery in line with specifications, client requirements, and industry standards, particularly within complex and critical environments such as data centres. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage all site engineering activities across projects /li liReview and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation /li liEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with design intent and project requirements /li liCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives /li liSupervise and mentor site engineers and junior team members /li liMonitor project progress and ensure engineering milestones are achieved /li liIdentify and resolve complex technical issues and provide engineering solutions /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /li liOversee quality control and ensure works meet required standards /li liSupport planning, scheduling, and resource allocation /li liManage site documentation, reports, and engineering records /li liContribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and project delivery /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul libTechnical Expertise:



/b Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes /li libLeadership: /bAbility to lead and develop engineering teams /li libProblem-Solving: /bStrong analytical skills to resolve complex site issues /li libCommunication: /bClear and professional when liaising with stakeholders /li libOrganisation: /bAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlines /li libAttention to Detail: /b Ensures quality and accuracy in engineering works /li libHealth Safety Focus: /b Strong commitment to safe working practices /li libDecision-Making: /bConfident in making critical engineering decisions /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline) /li liProven experience in a Site Engineer or similar role /liliStrong knowledge of construction and engineering practices /li liExperience within large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres) highly desirable /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications /li liStrong understanding of health safety regulations and site practices /li liExcellent leadership and team management skills /li liGood IT skills for reporting and documentation /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team /li libFull driving licence /b /li libFull unrestricted right to work in the EU without future visa or sponsorship requirement /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
