Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are currently seeking a talented, creative, and people-oriented bPeople and Culture Manager /b to join our iconic bFour Seasons Hotel Milano /b. Reporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, the People and Culture Manager will support the development and execution of the hotel’s People and Culture strategy, while playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the function.



The overall objective of the role is to strengthen our culture and employee experience, ensuring that Four Seasons Milan continues to be recognized as a bEmployer of Choice /b in the destination. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pAs a bCultural Advocate of the Golden Rule /b, you will champion our culture and values across every employee interaction and experience. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liSupporting the implementation of the People and Culture strategy and ensuring alignment with the hotel’s business objectives. /li liActing as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on people-related matters. /li liChampioning top talent and actively supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives. /li liSupporting the hotel’s Learning Development agenda and partnering with leaders to identify and address development needs. /li liBuilding strong relationships across the organization and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to employees and leaders. /li liSupporting and driving corporate People and Culture initiatives and ensuring their effective implementation at hotel level. /li liProviding employee counseling and guidance, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. /li liSupporting the management and monitoring of the People and Culture budget and financial performance. /li liEnsuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality through regular audits of People and Culture records and processes. /li liOrganizing and overseeing employee engagement, recreation, and experience initiatives. /li liActively supporting recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent. /li liEvaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.



/li liMonitoring compensation and benefits trends to help maintain the right balance between business needs, cost effectiveness, and employee experience. /li liContributing to a culture of continuous learning, recognition, engagement, and development. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines a genuine bpassion for people /b with strong business understanding and a strategic mindset. /p h3You Will Ideally Bring /h3 ul liA strong passion for people, talent management, and learning development. /li liPrevious experience in a People Culture / Human Resources role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. /li liStrong business acumen and the ability to translate people strategies into business results. /li liA strategic and analytical mindset, combined with a hands-on and pragmatic approach. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. /li liA natural coaching mindset and the ability to act as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and employees. /li liThe ability to act as a catalyst for change, while remaining a strong employee champion. /li liA proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach. /li liExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li liThe legal right to work in Italy. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pAt Four Seasons Milan, we are committed to creating an exceptional employee experience.
