Responsabilità
- Lead and coach a four-person sales team across Europe (Italy, Germany, France)
- Drive sustainable,
profitable growth for the assigned business unit, including needs for new customers, new products, localization, and market development
- Oversee profitability of existing business through annual price negotiations, long-term agreements, value analysis/value engineering, and raw-material/FX adjustments
- Propel acquisition of profitable new business with both existing and new customers, ensuring booking targets are met
- Define medium- and long-term commercial strategy with Sales Managers based on customer needs, pricing, competitors, and product trends
- Lead budget and sales-planning processes, monitor monthly performance, implement corrective actions
- Maintain a reliable business plan and SFDC-based opportunity pipeline with monthly updates
- Ensure commercial process compliance (contract reviews, debit/credit notes, price adjustments, quotations)
