~ Advanced fluency with product analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and experimentation
~ DevOps and cloud proficiency (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
~ Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams
