AREA SALES MANAGER – ITALY
- Location: Home Office – Italy (preferred Northern
- or Central Italy)
- Reporting to: International Sales Director
- Territory: Entire Italy
- Travel: Approximately 60–70%

About Brigon

Brigon is a German manufacturer of combustion
analysers, flue gas analysers, gas leak detectors
and HVAC service instruments. We are
expanding our presence in Italy and seek an
experienced sales professional to develop the
national market.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy
- for Italy.
- Build and expand the distributor and dealer
- network.
- Manage strategic customers, OEMs and key
- accounts.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and sales plans.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical
- support.




- Represent Brigon at exhibitions and customer
- events.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Maintain CRM and report regularly to
- headquarters.

Profile
- Minimum 5 years in technical B2B sales.
- Experience in HVAC, combustion analysis, gas
- detection or industrial instrumentation.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building
- skills.
- Fluent Italian and good English.
