ppWe're looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues . You'll be the escalation point when others can't fix it - helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs . /ph3What you'll do: /h3ulliSupport dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely /liliDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults /liliUse OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX ) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization /liliIdentify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation /liliSupport both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets /liliCreate clear technical reports and case updates /liliCoach technicians and provide hands-on guidance /liliFeed recurring issues into continuous improvement /li /ulh3What you bring: /h3ulliStrong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service /liliProven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults /liliHands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools /liliConfidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation /liliExperience working with workshops, engineering,
