Overview In this role you will manage key accounts in the Home Appliance segment within Infineon's SMD team, driving revenue growth and design-wins. You will build strategic partnerships, address customer challenges with cross-functional experts, and report activities proactively. You will collaborate with the European FAE team, Product Experts, and Business Lines to deliver customer-tailored solutions. This position supports Infineon's mission to enable decarbonization and digitalization through innovative semiconductor solutions. You will work in a global, collaborative environment and have visibility across the organization.
Responsabilità
- Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and foster strategic partnerships
- Identify and address core customer challenges with internal teams
- Ensure consistent, proactive reporting of all activities
- Collaborate with European FAE, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- 5–10 years of sales/account management experience, preferably with large, complex accounts in semiconductor and/or home appliances
- Strong collaborative mindset and accountability in a global environment
- Proven ability to adapt and grow within a large organization
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and Europe
- Excellent communication in Italian and English
