Overview In this role you will drive enterprise-sell initiatives for Gartner's GTS Commercial unit, partnering with C‐level executives to shape technology strategies for large corporations. You will own forecasting and account planning across a portfolio of 10–15 enterprise accounts and lead retention and growth through contract expansions and new services. You'll work with cross‐functional Gartner teams in a performance‐driven, diverse environment. Partner with C‐suite clients to develop and implement enterprise‐scale strategies
Guide customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through collaboration with clients and Gartner teams
Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Support account expansion through contract upsell and introduction of new services/products
Contribute to a diverse, high‐performing sales team and share best practices
4+ years of value-based, consultative, direct B2B sales experience with large enterprise clients
