You'll perform root cause analyses and risk management to keep web projects on track, leveraging Agile processes and analytics to continuously improve outcomes. Responsabilità
Lead technical analysis and support solutions for multinational client's websites
Monitor performance of each digital channel
Collaborate with QA Lead and development team SCRUM master
Optimize website and third-party integrations
Perform root cause analysis and risk assessment/management
Requisiti fondamentali
~ University degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related
~5+ years experience in optimizing Web and mobile technologies
~ Agile processes experience
