Overview In this role you will support the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service business by applying standard engineering methods to conventional projects, acting as a design authority, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. You will work with multiple stakeholders on project installation, commissioning, and risk assessment, ensuring safety and contractual compliance. You will help prepare proposals and manage subcontractors under a lean, collaboration-focused framework. Responsabilità
- Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques for conventional projects
- Act as design authority for a specific engineering discipline
- Collaborate on project installation, commissioning,
and site activities; provide technical support
- Assist in preparing project proposals, including engineering estimates and risk analysis
- Oversee subcontract creation and management with supply chain involvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements
- Lead and coordinate small multidisciplinary engineering teams (≤5 people)
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive project success
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and people with diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
