Responsabilità
- Segment markets, identify unmet needs and benchmark competitors to inform strategy
- Reassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics
- Partner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards
- Drive launch excellence and go-to-market readiness
- Define and track KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end-of-service activities across the lifecycle
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor degree
- Min. 3 years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales
- Prior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services
- Experience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams in a global environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30%/40%
