Responsabilità
- Manage day-to-day operational workflows and identify efficiency gains
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy and speed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline tools and processes for internal teams and customers
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management
- Contribute to fraud prevention and regulatory alignment through strong operational standards
- Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks or gaps to leadership
- Drive customer-focused process improvements to shorten turnaround times and improve resolution
- Expand self-service options to reduce manual support
- Implement feedback loops to inform continuous improvement
- Coordinate operational readiness for new product or market launches with stakeholders
- Assist go-to-market efforts by removing bottlenecks for smooth adoption
- Track and report operational outcomes with insights for leadership
- Execute operational projects and strategic initiatives with senior leaders
