The new Global Indirect Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the management of the Indirect purchasing spend globally, as well as the continuous development of the Indirect purchasing involvement within the Group practices.brSpecific responsibilities include development of category strategies, identification of cost saving opportunities, facilitating and leading sourcing projects, supplier negotiation, and establishment and maintenance of supplier relationships.Main Responsibilities:br-Spearhead sourcing of a portfolio of the Group indirect categories in particular: marketing, logistics, IT, industrial capital equipment and general servicesbr-Lead and manage the Indirect Global team spread within Europe and Asiabr-Establish and maintain supplier relationships, facilitate periodic business reviews to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunitiesbr-Establish beneficial working relationships with various internal groups across the organizationbr-Prepare analyses of spend data, category supplier bases, and cost modelsbr-Manage complex projects from conception through implementation, including change management and rethinking processQualifications, Knowledges:br- Eight to ten years of sourcing experience in a range of indirect spend categories, especially marketingbr-Proven ability to manage Global teams and multicultural collaborationbr-Significant expertise being part of Purchasing team within different companies and contextsbr-Proven skills in contract negotiation and supplier relationship managementbr-Proven process improvement experience and reorganization skillsbr-Strength in meeting or exceeding project milestones and deliverables,
