The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel internationally across Europe, Asia, and Africa, including long-haul trips, as well as occasional travel within Italy. The position also includes back-office activities to provide remote technical support to customers and other stakeholders. /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liProvide technical and promotional support to customers, distributors, and company branches. /li liDeliver technical training to customers and sales teams through webinars and in-person sessions.
/li liRespond to technical inquiries via phone, email, webinars, and other appropriate channels. /li liProvide on-field technical support to key customers in line with the travel plan agreed at the beginning of the year. /li liOrganize, coordinate, and manage field trials and demonstration tests. /li liPrepare and manage technical-promotional meetings, acting as a product specialist. /li liSupport the preparation and management of launch and product-support campaigns for new products. /li liParticipate in trade fairs and relevant industry events in the countries of responsibility. /li /ul h3bRequirements Qualifications: /b /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Science, or a related field. /li li2-3 years of professional experience in agriculture, agronomy, plant nutrition, or a related technical role. /li liSolid knowledge of specialty agriculture production practices. /li liFluency in Italian and very good command of English; knowledge of a third language, preferably Spanish or French, is considered an advantage. /li liStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, combined with a strong work ethic and a customer-focused mindset. /li liAbility to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. /li liValid driving licence (Category B). /li liWillingness and availability to travel internationally across Europe, Asia, and Africa, including long-haul travel, as well as occasionally within Italy. /li liPermanent Contract /li liAnnual Fixed Salary: €35,000-€40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) /li liCompany car /li /ul pIn addition to our competitive compensation and benefits, we offer a challenging and rewarding role with a high level of responsibility, opportunities to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives, and continuous professional development within an international environment. /p pHave we sparked your interest?
