Any future association would be subject to individual performance, business requirements and a separate agreement. /p /brh3The opportunity /h3 /brpSeasons Collection is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the seasonal operation of its ultra-luxury private residences in Niseko. Reporting directly to the Founder CEO, the General Manager will oversee the complete guest experience, property operations, team leadership, financial control and local stakeholder relationships across The Residence and The Retreat. Commencing on 15 September, you will lead pre-season preparations and serve as the senior on-site decision-maker throughout the winter season. /p /brh3Key responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead pre-season planning, property readiness, recruitment, onboarding and team training. /li /brliOversee the complete guest journey and deliver highly personalised, discreet service to high-net-worth individuals and private guests.
/li /brliLead all residence operations, including guest service, culinary, housekeeping, concierge, transport, maintenance and administration. /li /brliManage budgets, purchasing, reporting, compliance, suppliers and operational risks. /li /brliMaintain exceptional service, presentation and safety standards across both residences. /li /br /ul /brh3About you /h3 /brul /brliSeven to ten years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, chalets or resorts. /li /brliProven experience managing complete property operations, budgets and multidisciplinary teams. /li /brliExperience serving high-net-worth individuals and private guests with complete discretion. /li /brliAn exceptional communicator who is calm, organised, decisive and solutions-focused. /li /brliExcellent engagement skills, with the ability to connect effectively with high-net-worth individuals and guests. /li /brliCulturally aware and respectful of Japanese customs. /li /brliHold valid working rights in Japan, or be eligible to obtain the appropriate Certificate of Eligibility and work visa/status of residence. /li /br /ul /brpThis is a defined seasonal appointment from 15 September to 31 March.
