Overview As a Process Engineer at Technogym HQ, you will lead manufacturing process definition for new products, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets. You will work in a cross‐functional environment across the organization to optimize assembly lines, layouts, and logistics. Your lean manufacturing expertise will shape production standards and site efficiency. Responsabilità
- Define and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
- Design factory and assembly line layouts and internal logistics flows
- Define production Standard Time (Standard Time) for processes
- Coordinate internal and external resources, planning activities and tracking progress
- Collaborate across departments on new product development and manufacturing projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering background or technical diploma
- Experience in new product startup
- Experience in assembly process
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Waste, Poka-yoke, Value stream mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ)
- Experience in defining production Standard Time
- Proficiency with Excel and Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD
- Strong leadership and teamwork with a proactive mindset
- Good command of Italian and English
- Willingness to travel for business
