ppFor our office in Pero (MI), we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will join the Supply Chain/Export Customer Service Department . /ppThe Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the Supply Chain customer interface (order-to-invoice and collaboration). Her/his aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration, while minimizing total-cost-to-serve and inefficiencies. /ph3Main activities: /h3ulliProactively ensure order processing and follow up until the delivery resolving any difficulty in the process /liliCommunicate with sales and production to clarify any misunderstanding in order processing /liliProactively communicate with customers in order to understand sales trend and anticipate service issues /liliEfficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes) /liliEstablish relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level /liliEnsure timely launch of new product introductions at our customers and minimize write offs and returns /liliRecord analyse and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns, etc.)
