Job TitlebrCost AnalystbrJob brIDbrLocationbrbrbrBrugherio, Monza, IT brbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrOther LocationbrDescriptionbrSiamo alla ricerca di un/una Cost Analyst da inserire in importanti progetti nel settore dei beni di consumo.Principal activities:Cost analysis on new projects (product, processes technologies, footprint) to support business decisions (from Marketing, Procurement, RD, Engineering, Manufacturing and Leadership);Identification and proposal of cost reduction optimization ideas;Estimates of new components and finished products cost (derived new models), RD technical changes and cost reduction (support to business cases and authorization of capitals release);Budget preparation and 6+6 revision;Cost analysis and monitor during the year (actual vs standard, make vs buy,



…);Check files and software extracts to check missing standard costs and calculations for components and products;Cost calculation for financial closures support.Required Skills:University degree in Economics or Engineering;Minimum 2 years of experiences in manufacturing costs area;Experience in production companies;Excellent knowledge of MS office applications, particularly in MS Excel;Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishSoft Skills:Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills, method and precision;Team Player;Proactiveness.​​​brRequired Skillsbr- Identification and proposal of cost reduction optimization ideas;- Estimates of new components and finished products cost, RD technical changes and cost reduction;- Budget preparation and 6+6 revision;- Cost analysis and monitor during the year (actual vs standard, make vs buy, …)- Check files and software extracts to check missing standard costs and calculations for components and products;- Cost calculation for financial closures support.brOpeningsbr1
