Training delivery change enablement – your core focus /h3 ul liDesign and facilitate learning experiences that support business transformation /li liDeliver impactful workshops, training sessions and development programmes in Italian and English /li liGuide managers and employees through organisational change /li liTranslate business changes into practical learning journeys /li liFacilitate discussions, manage resistance and create engagement /li /ul h32. LD projects with a data-driven approach /h3 ul liYou contribute to learning projects linked to business impact. /li liWork on LD projects focused on training effectiveness and capability building /li liUse data and feedback to identify needs and recommend actions /li liBring your own analytical mindset and experience into the team /li liFollow up on planning, actions and risks within projects /li /ul h33. /li liEnsure correct application of Talent processes in your Market(s)/segment /li liMaintain overview and alignment across initiatives /li liBuild strong internal relationships and act as a trusted advisor /li /ul h34.
