AsAssistant to the CMO, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our global marketing organization as part of a maternity leave cover assignment. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide personal assistance and organizational support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) /li liManage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings /li liAct as an interface between the CMO and employees across our global departments /li liCoordinate the marketing budget planning process as part of the overall company planning cycle /li liPrepare and coordinate management meeting documentation and materials /li liSupport the innovation process by organizing, preparing, facilitating,



and documenting monthly innovation meetings /li liManage sponsorship requests and sponsorship activities at Group level /li liContribute to the further development of internal and external communication initiatives /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liInitial professional experience in an assistant or coordination role, ideally with experience in marketing /li liCompleted degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or a related field /li liStrong organizational skills combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working /li liOpen and communicative personality who enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders /li liVery good German, Italian, and English language skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
