Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UI / Visual Designer Specialist to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves designing user interfaces and visual elements for digital products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. This position requires collaboration with product teams to create intuitive and visually compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine UI components, screens, and interactive elements for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain visual design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and design tokens.
- Ensure visual consistency across products while iterating based on user feedback and data insights.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct design reviews and usability testing to validate solutions and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch,
or Adobe XD for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work for digital products.
- Experience creating responsive designs optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data-driven insights.
