ppTo strengthen the bGlobal Property Risk Engineering and Loss Prevention /b value proposition by providing technical leadership, operational support and high-quality risk engineering services to internal and external stakeholders. /p pThe role supports global and local teams in delivering consistent, technically robust and commercially relevant risk engineering outputs, while helping to improve data quality, operational effectiveness and client value across GCC. /p ul liProvide expert technical support on property risk engineering topics across countries and business units /li liContribute to the development of practical risk management solutions and loss prevention strategies /li liSupport the delivery of global projects, guidelines, tools and operational initiatives /li liPromote consistent, high-quality risk engineering outputs, reporting standards and data quality /li liDeliver best-in-class risk engineering services that support underwriting, client engagement and portfolio management. /li /ul h3Main responsibilities: /h3 h3Provide global technical support for Property Risk Engineering /h3 ul liSupport and further develop the Property Risk Engineering framework, ensuring a consistent, holistic and technically robust approach /li liProvide expert risk engineering support and high-quality support for GCC activities globally /li liDefine, maintain and improve processes that support business needs, underwriting decisions and client service delivery /li liAssist countries with local initiatives, technical challenges and project implementation. /li /ul h3Drive and contribute to the global Risk Engineering and Loss Prevention value proposition /h3 ul liIdentify business opportunities, emerging risks and areas where risk engineering can add measurable value /li liDevelop and promote effective risk management and loss prevention solutions for clients and internal stakeholders /li liEvaluate services to ensure they remain practical, flexible, cost-effective and aligned with business priorities /li liCreate and support loss lessons, technical risk topics, thought leadership material and other value-added initiatives. /li /ul h3Collaboration with key stakeholders /h3 ul liWork closely with global and country stakeholders to foster collaboration, consistency and successful delivery /li liPartner with central Risk Engineering colleagues to enhance the global value proposition and operational model /liliSupport country Risk Engineering heads in developing local value propositions aligned with group objectives /li liProvide country risk engineers and managers with technical advice, guidance and expertise /li liDeliver training to risk engineers and underwriters on property risk topics, methodologies and standards /li liMonitor and improve consistency in technical guidelines, reporting practices and service outputs across the department.
/li /ul h3Provide operational support and performance oversight /h3 ul liContribute to and lead selected global Risk Engineering projects and operational initiatives /li liTrack global KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and support continuous performance improvement /li liEnsure global data quality, reporting accuracy and activity tracking meet agreed expectations /li liPrepare monthly management reporting for the Global Head of Risk Engineering. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering, Risk Management or a related technical discipline /li liAt least 7-10 years’ experience in property risk engineering, preferably within the insurance, industrial risk or loss prevention sector /li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus (e.g. Italian). /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liStrong technical expertise in property risk assessment, fire protection, natural hazards, business interruption and loss prevention practices /li liSolid understanding of the insurance business, including underwriting needs, client engagement and portfolio risk management. /li /ul h3Business Leaderhsip Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication, report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business insights /li liAbility to build trusted relationships and work effectively with global, regional and country stakeholders /li liStrong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills /li liAbility to define priorities, execute strategies and deliver results within agreed timeframes /li liStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail /li liProactive mindset, with the ability to identify innovative and efficient ways of working /li liHigh standards in service delivery, technical quality, data accuracy and reporting outputs. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 pThe position will be offered at Job Level 7, under the terms of the ANIA National Collective Labor Agreement b(CCNL ANIA) /b for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Collective Agreement. /p pThe starting gross annual salary will range between €75.000 and €90.000.
