sourcing strategies, DEI considerations, and the full recruitment plan. /li liCollaborate in narrowing and reviewing shortlists, ensuring all candidates meet the quality and capability expectations of the business. /li liDeliver a consistently strong candidate experience, from first conversation through to offer and onboarding. /li liManage complex offer processes and negotiations, advising hiring managers with insight and sound judgment. /li liSupport demand planning, talent pipelining, and workforce forecasting with client resourcing leads. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices to uplift recruitment delivery across the team. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements: /h3 h3Must-haves: /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including hands-on sourcing for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. /li liFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. /li liStrong working knowledge of key sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, and other digital sourcing channels). /li liProven ability to engage and assess candidates directly from the market and build high-quality shortlists. /li liStrength in stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. /liliConfidence with ATS/CRM systems, recruitment technology,
