pFollowing with the international expansion of Morimatsu Group and the set-up in Italy, we are seeking Senior Process Engineers with bio-pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical or biochemical process experience, for the process design and engineering. Job Responsibilities and Tasks: /strong /pulliBeing a key member of international project teams, and jointly work on/or lead the process design. /liliDeveloping PFDs, process description, material balance, production capacity calculation analysis and process PIDs. /liliDefining the equipment, piping, components’ standards and types and developing their specification. /liliDeveloping and/or reviewing technical specifications of process utility equipment and developing data sheets of key equipment and components (independently, or with support). /liliDeveloping facility layouts (process related), such as floor layouts, equipment layouts, material/personnel/product/waste flow and room classification. /liliDeveloping and/or reviewing the project URS. /liliAssisting in the process design standardization and contribute to useful guidelines and SOPs. /liliWorking as a FEED manager/leader to deliver FEED packages, which may include process design, project schedule, cost, and other specific matters. /liliContacting with equipment and components suppliers. /liliProviding support to the sales team on preparing technical proposals/solutions,



making technical presentations and accompany sales representatives to clients’ meetings. /liliGiving speeches and presentations at summits, seminars and relevant events. /liliParticipating in trainings (internal and external) and seminars to continuously learn the latest technologies and advanced processes in order to improve self-competence. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong2. Qualifications and Skills Required: /strong /pulliMSc/BSc or equivalent (emLaurea Triennale /em/emLaurea Magistrale /em) in chemical/biochemical/ pharmaceutical/biotech engineering or similar. /lili10+ years working experience in bio-pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical (Biotech experience is preferred). Preferred experience in process design (bio USP and DSP, single-use technology), pharma production management and validation GMP regulations. /liliInternational experience (either academical or international working environments) working for international companies or working with international customers. /liliGood communication skills. /liliLanguage skills: Italian and fluent English are a must. Other European languages (French, German, Spanish…) or Chinese, are a plus. /liliSelf-motivated, able to work independently keeping a good team and work spirit in the meantime. /liliHands-on and result-oriented attitudes. /liliAbility to travel locally and internationally /liliGeneral computer skills (Microsoft Office package) and familiar with engineering software packages such as AutoCAD, COMOS, ASPEN, NavisWorks, and etc. /li /ul
