Job SummaryThe HR Manager is responsible for ensuring legal compliance across all employment-related matters while providing expert guidance on labor law, employee relations, and risk management. This role serves as a key advisor to leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment between Italian labor legislation and Foundever’s global HR policies.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Law Compliance• Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements.• Monitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions.• Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements.Employee Relations Case Management• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations.• Provide expert guidance on performance management processes to ensure legal soundness and consistency.• Act as a subject matter expert for sensitive cases, ensuring fair treatment and risk mitigation.Advisory Stakeholder Partnership• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Business Partners,



and operational teams on labor law and employee relations matters.• Support negotiations with works councils, unions, or employee representatives when applicable.• Liaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.Risk Management Governance• Identify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance.• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping to support legal defensibility.Training Knowledge Sharing• Deliver training and guidance to managers and HR teams on labor law, employee relations, and best practices.• Promote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organization.Qualificaltions and Competencies Degree in Law (mandatory); specialization in Labor or Employment Law is highly preferred.• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations roles.• Strong, practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices.• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is an advantage.• BPO experience preferredThe ideal candidate also has exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as high ethical standards, discretion, and professionalism
