You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and determine appropriate warranty responses, which are tracked in a database. Responsibilities include reviewing claims for coding accuracy, ensuring repairs comply with reported faults and brand standards, and addressing dealer and workshop inquiries via email and phone. You will correspond professionally with dealers and Brand Management regarding claim evaluations and amendments. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain responsibilities:
