EduTalent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026.

The role involves teaching English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme, contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. The school offers a rich and inclusive curriculum, combining inquiry‑based learning and a STEAM approach that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach engaging and well‑structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons

- Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively

- Design and deliver inquiry‑based learning experiences aligned with IB principles





- Assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth

- Salary guideline: Gross Pay + TFR = ~€40,000 total – (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:

- MUST have full right to work in Italy/EU

- MUST have experience teaching IB Diploma Programme English Language & Literature

- Minimum C2 level of English proficiency
