In this role, you will define the integration approach for finance processes in alignment with ICT, monitor the execution of the plan, and coordinate Finance-side activities to achieve objectives. You will manage a structured team of internal and external resources (consultants and system integrators) across process assessment, gap analysis, and integration solution design, within a multi-country environment (Italy, Spain, France, Turkey). /p h3Your role at a glance /h3 ul libDefine /b, jointly with internal ICT, the target integration architecture for finance processes (core ERP, satellite systems, data flows). /li libCoordinate /b with ICT/Enterprise Architecture to align finance requirements with the technology roadmap. /li libLead /b the Integration Design Governance team (internal and external consultants) across: AS-IS process assessment, gap analysis vs. target model, and solution design (application architecture, integration patterns, master data). /li libOversee /b the finance integration plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation management. /li libDrive /b the Finance Integration + IT Steering Committee (held bi-monthly) with CFO, CIO, MA IT Manager, FPA Director, FA Director, and International CFO.
/li libValidate /b technology choices related to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), iPaaS, master data management, and identity. /li libMonitor /b delivery KPIs: adherence to plan, design quality, gap closure, and time-to-go-live. /li libSupport /b the multi-country rollout strategy, ensuring consistency between the standard model and local specificities. /li libCoordinate /b collaboration with system integrators and external consultants during both design and delivery phases. /li /ul h3What skills are we looking for? /h3 ul libDegree /b in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. /li lib7-8 years of experience /b in roles such as Finance Architect / Integration Lead / Solution Architect within finance programs. /li libProven experience /b in multi-country finance transformation programs. /li libStrong knowledge /b of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (at least one platform at an architectural level as SAP). /li libProficiency in enterprise integration patterns: /b APIs, events (Kafka), ETL/ELT, iPaaS (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft). /li libExperience managing multi-vendor teams /b (Big4 firms, system integrators) on complex programs. /li /ul pExcellent influencing and negotiation skills in senior and cross-functional environments. /p ul libFluent English (C1+) /b; native or equivalent Italian proficiency. /li libAbility to translate finance requirements into sustainable architectural solutions. /b /li /ul pSkills matter — but they’re not enough.
