If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.We are pleased to announce an open position for a OperationPerformance Engineer at the Dow Mozzanica production plant.The role provides essential technical support to Operations by applying engineering expertise to resolve plant issues, optimize performance, and ensure safe, efficient production of high‑quality products.ResponsibilitiesWork in Operations, applying technical and problem‑solving skills to support daily activities.Maintain a strong field presence to promote safe, reliable, and compliant operations.Serve as a technical reference during unplanned events and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.Support and drive EHS and Process Safety culture. Foster an inclusive, collaborative working environmentAnalyze operational, quality, and logistics data (KPIs, asset utilization, trends) to validate results, diagnose gaps, and identify improvements. Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to conduct advanced troubleshooting and implement optimized technical solutions.Determines and prioritizes corrective actions to close Operational Performance Gaps (utilization, yield, uptime, quality, operating discipline losses, reliability opportunities)Lead and support capital and non-capital projects (expense and continuous improvement) using defined project and improvement work processesProvide leadership during plant maintenance, unplanned events, commissioning, start-up, and project handover to Operations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
