You own end-to-end capabilities from architecture to deployment and production reliability, collaborating across teams within Danfoss Climate Solutions. - Design and evolve backend services for industrial IoT projects using Go, MQTT, and Kafka
- Own capabilities end-to-end from architecture to automated testing, deployment and observability
- Translate product and customer needs into pragmatic technical solutions across engineering boundaries
- Build and improve event-driven data flows that reliably process IoT data
- Drive engineering quality through design, code reviews, test automation, secure development and CI/CD
- Investigate operational challenges and improve performance, scalability and maintainability of backend services
- Hands-on production software experience in Go
- Experience designing distributed or IoT backend services; MQTT familiarity; Kafka and Sparkplug B advantageous
- Automated testing, CI/CD and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with GitOps; TypeScript, React or AI-assisted engineering advantageous
