Overview In this role you drive service sales and account growth for the North-East region, aligning with local and hub strategies. You build long‐term relationships with key customers, identify service opportunities, and lead efforts to improve order volume and customer satisfaction. You collaborate across Hitachi Energy units to position service offerings, manage SLAs, and support marketing activities. This role offers scope to influence service profitability, installation base development, and cross‐functional teamwork.

Responsabilità
- Lead local service sales strategies and targets across the full service portfolio
- Forecast sales orders accurately using SFDC and improve data quality
- Negotiate major contracts to secure service order volume
- Identify new service opportunities from installed base potential
- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers




- Collaborate with Business Units and account teams to position service offerings
- Support SLAs delivery and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
- Contribute to marketing activities and product launches in the country
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
- Promote Hitachi Energy HSE and Sustainability culture to clients

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in service sales and IB management
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products
- Experience in the energy sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week in North-East Italy
