Overview As a Customer Service Advocate, you act as the primary touchpoint for aftermarket service requests, coordinating between customers, field engineers, and internal teams. You'll streamline order fulfillment, parts delivery, and quotes, while ensuring timely closure of work orders and accurate invoicing. Your work supports rapid, customer-focused service and optimal use of field resources. This role sits in South Europe, on-site in Milano, contributing to a mission-driven culture that turns scientific insights into real-world impact.
Responsabilità
- Serve as the single entry point for customer requests via email and phone for Spain and Portugal
- Manage spare-parts orders and monitor delivery timelines




- Optimize Field Service Engineer scheduling to improve responsiveness and outcomes
- Create and follow up on customer quotes to secure timely purchase orders
- Coordinate closure of Work Orders in SFDC and SAP and ensure returns and invoicing align with KPIs

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience working with customers in a similar role
- Languages: Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish
- Education: Bachelor (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
