In this role you drive omnichannel pharma plans to grow market share and brand equity within Colgate’s Pharma channel. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, CD, Insights, and Finance to execute aligned strategies and optimize visibility. You’ll lead pilots, activate across pharmacy segments, and leverage data to improve performance. This position offers cross-functional impact and a pathway to shape pharmacy activation at scale.

- Develop and monitor 5P plans (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion, POP, Availability) for Pharma and manage assortments
- Act as omnichannel ambassador coordinating with distributors, Area Managers, pharma chains, and agencies
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution and strategic alignment
- Use Nielsen data and shopper insights to track market share, evaluate displays, and implement improvements
- Partner with Professional Oral Care/Medical Detailing to align pharmacy activation with HCP strategies
- Localize global/regional brand toolkits for the Italian pharmacy channel
- Co-develop activation plans by pharmacy segment (chains, independents, e-pharma)
- Lead in-store pilots and A/B tests to measure impact and scale winning concepts
- 3+ years in Pharma-related Category Management, Retail Marketing, or Consumer Marketing (ideally in an Italian team)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced proficiency in Nielsen ScanTrack and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional priorities
- Knowledge of Professional pharma dental model
- Leadership and collaboration experience with coaching and driving customer-centric growth
- Agility, problem solving, analytical mindset, and ability to manage ambiguity
