Overview In this role you guide clients through debt and industrial restructurings, delivering financial advisory, business planning, and due diligence to stabilise businesses and enable sustainable change. You work with Italian and international clients in a dynamic, collaborative environment, contributing to high-impact restructurings and distressed M&A; projects. You'll engage across finance and strategy to shape outcomes and support growth through transformation.

Responsabilità
- Analyze financial performance to determine the true financial state of target companies
- Build financial models and business plans
- Conduct independent reviews of business plans




- Perform commercial and operational due diligence
- Negotiate with main stakeholders (banks, investors)
- Support distressed M&A; activities with industrial partners and funds
- Manage cash, implement turnarounds, and identify cost-cutting opportunities
- Drive organizational improvements and efficiency initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2/3 years of experience in restructuring, crisis, or corporate finance
- Specialist degree in business with focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (finance)
- Excellent command of English (study/work abroad preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
