Overview Join Marvell's ODSP PHY SW team to develop embedded C firmware for DSP hardware in optical links. Create C and Python test code for utilities and interfaces, guiding ideas from concept to release for top-tier cloud customers. Debug complex HW/SW issues and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams. Contribute to data center networking through silicon-software integration in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsabilità
- Develop embedded C firmware to control DSP hardware
- Create C & Python test code for utilities, GUIs, regression, and simulation infrastructure
- Take ideas from concept through design, review, implementation, testing, and release
- Work on mission-critical features for top-tier cloud customers
- Debug difficult issues, drive root causes with HW/SW teams,



and track fixes using Jira

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software, Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering
- Understanding of fundamental Networking (OSI model) from PHY up to data link layer
- Experience with C and Python; knowledge of git, Linux, makefiles, gdb, IDEs, and bash is a plus
- Experience with software development lifecycle tools (Jira, gitlab, Jenkins) and regression testing
- Software development experience in Embedded Firmware environments is a plus
- Understanding DSP concepts (equalizers, filters, ADC, DAC, FFE, DFE) and PAM modulation is a plus
