Job Description Summary:

The Electrical Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety,



and longevity of electrical infrastructure including Balance of Plant, wind farms and PV installations) across Nadara’s Italian fleet.

This role involves ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to various projects from inception through to completion.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:
- Lead or support the design and specification of new electrical systems or upgrades to existing systems across the fleet, ensuring alignment with reliability and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams during the development phase of new assets or retrofits to integrate reliability principles from the outset.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, components, or systems that enhance electrical performance and reduce lifecycle costs.
