Medical Sales Representative- 12 month FTC Location: Emilia-Romagna About the Role VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Spine Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
The position requires independent judgment, minimal supervision, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical device environment.
What You will Do:
- Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and im
- plantsLearn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure.
- Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accountsEnsure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
- Represent VB Spine with professionalism,
urgency, and integrity.
Education: University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Sales, business development, or technical experience stronglypreferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communicative English & Italian (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Product and sales training provided based on experience level
- Strong solution-oriented mindset
- Skilled at building relationships with multiple stakeholders with in accounts
- High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong ethical standards and compliance focus
- Ability to collaborate across functions under tight timelines
- Strategic thinking paired with strong operational execution
- Self-motivated with accountability for results.
