Overview
As Product Marketing & Growth Manager, you will lead go-to-market for new features and scale product adoption across markets. You'll align product, CRM, RevOps, Performance, and Creative teams to craft effective launch campaigns. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining B2B users while continually improving programs through data-driven insights. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values ownership and measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- Lead B2B product marketing plans for new feature launches
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market strategies and messaging




- Plan and execute B2B acquisition and retention campaigns in collaboration with CRM
- Continuously assess program effectiveness and apply industry best practices

Requisiti fondamentali
- Product marketing experience in a dynamic environment with go-to-market and user acquisition expertise
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Analytical and data-driven approach to strategy and performance tracking
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in Italian and English
