Overview
As Sales Manager in GDM's Marketing and Business Development team, you will shape long-term partnerships with strategic accounts and drive sustainable growth. You will act as the main commercial interface, translating customer needs into tailored solutions across markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will steer opportunities from identification to contract, boosting profitability and customer value. This role offers impact in an international, innovation-driven organization with a clear growth agenda.

Responsabilità
- Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned key accounts as the primary commercial contact
- Define and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities and GDM growth objectives
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Understand customers' business models,



priorities, and operational challenges
- Anticipate evolving customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
- Promote value-driven solutions to strengthen partnerships
- Lead negotiations and manage opportunities from identification to contract award
- Coordinate proposals, offers, and business cases for competitive, profitable solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and others to execute projects
- Expand engagement through upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio development
- Contribute to market intelligence and identify new applications and market segments
- Ensure achievement of sales, order intake, margin, profitability, and monitor satisfaction
