Job Responsability
Customer welcome, consulting, negotiation and sales closing
Pre- and post-sales assistance and complaint management
Cash management, collections and sales recording
Warehouse management: inbound/outbound, stock, orders and shipments
Preparation of transport documents and goods movement via IT systems
Administrative activities: filing, communications, appointment scheduling
Data entry and control, commercial reporting
Requirements
Good knowledge of the English and Italian language
Problem solving
Discretion and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What Do We Offer
Starting gross annual salary of €27,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
