Responsabilità
- Analyze current-state CRM and campaign management processes across markets to identify inefficiencies and risks
- Design future-state operating models for international multi-stakeholder contexts ensuring scalability and governance
- Translate diverse operational needs into coherent transformation initiatives
- Design and rollout digital operations tools supporting multi-market delivery (campaign setup, content operations, QA, reporting)
- Contribute to tooling specifications from stakeholder requirements and participate in MVP development, testing, and adoption
- Collaborate with consulting managers, client leads, operations teams, and technical stakeholders across countries
- Support integration of tools within heterogeneous CRM and campaign ecosystems to align with local and central processes
- Evolve campaign factories, shared service models, and international delivery hubs
- Engage stakeholders in workshops and prepare materials to support decision-making and highlight efficiency gains
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years in Digital, CRM, or Marketing Operations PM/PMO within complex delivery environments
- Prior consulting/agency experience with client-facing exposure and international delivery
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
