In this role you lead the food and beverage organization across all outlets and kitchens to deliver exceptional guest experiences and profitability. You will set strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and uphold luxury hospitality standards. You'll work with cross-functional teams to innovate menus, optimize quality, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Responsabilità
- Develop and implement creative F&B; strategies aligned with quality and guest satisfaction at Belmond
- Oversee operations and quality control across all F&B; outlets and kitchens
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting to hit company goals
- Lead talent development to build a motivated, high-performing F&B; team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations




- Foster relationships with suppliers and industry partners to elevate offerings
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies
- Ensure execution of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and action plans to improve scores

Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience in F&B; leadership roles within luxury hotels or international-respected resorts
- Proven success in managing high-quality F&B; outlets, including staff supervision, financial management, and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including experience with NPS and LQA
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and manage a top-performing team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; remains calm under pressure and implements effective solutions
