RINA is currently recruiting for a HSE Regulatory Compliance & Technical Safety Specialist to join its office in Milan or Genoa within the Plant Engineering Division.
Mission We are seeking a dedicated HSE Regulatory Compliance & Technical Safety Specialist to play a key role in advancing our Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance initiatives across diverse projects and operations. The appointed individual will ensure rigorous adherence to relevant statutory and technical mandates, focusing heavily on directives such as the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), Machinery Directive, and standards governing fire prevention and firefighting systems.



This role suits professionals eager to deepen their expertise in regulatory frameworks, engineering safety protocols, and industrial risk management within a vibrant, international organisational setting, contributing to safer and more sustainable industrial practices.
Key Accountabilities Regulatory Compliance Lead the execution and continuous enhancement of comprehensive HSE regulatory compliance programmes, ensuring alignment with evolving legislation.
Continuously monitor and analyse European Union and national regulations pertinent to industrial safety and environmental stewardship, providing timely updates and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Support cross-functional teams in achieving compliance with legal obligations, permits, directives, and internal HSE standards through expert guidance and advisory.
Coordinate and participate in regular compliance audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews to uphold and validate adherence to mandatory r
