Overview
As a Business Development Manager you will own the end-to-end customer acquisition cycle across Europe, blending technical insight with commercial acumen. You will build valued relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive the Design-in/Design-win process to support Omron's growth. This role is customer-facing, collaborative with Sales Development Representatives, and may be hybrid or fully remote depending on location. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, stay self-motivated, and ensure clear CRM-driven communication across teams to accelerate opportunities and conversions.
Responsabilità
- Drive customer acquisition across Europe
- Cultivate relationships with multiple levels of customer organizations
- Own the Design-in/Design-win cycle from outreach to conversion
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on outreach
- Manage events and attendance to generate leads
- Nurture leads and identify opportunities for conversion




- Navigate complex organizations and supply chains to engage all decision makers and influencers
- Maintain timely and clear CRM communication for stakeholders and teammates
- Work in a hybrid or remote setup with self-motivation and organization

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experienced in business development or sales with a customer-facing track record
- Technically and commercially competent
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work across Europe and understand multi-level decision-making
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely or in a hybrid setup
- Familiar with CRM management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with design-in/design-win processes is a plus
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle and convert opportunities
